Apparel Rush

Please read all details of our terms & conditions below.

Our Services

Our services include sourcing raw materials, developing cutting patterns, assembling using a cut-and-sew method, and applying labels and branding such as printing or embroidery. These activities involve costs for materials and labor, which go into the production of your project. We don’t rely on pre-made blank garments, everything is produced to order, and as such, there are NO REFUNDS. When you approve the physical sample, you are committing to producing the project. By reading this agreement, you acknowledge that there are no refunds available after you receive your full order of product.

Canceling A Project

Should you decide to cancel the project prior to bulk production, you will be charged for any samples that have been made. The cost of samples can range from $50 to $150 per physical sample. You will be able to retain both the physical sample and digital product concept for future use without any additional cancellation fee.

Disputes

All disputes should be addressed through email, including photos, a description of the issue, and a proposed resolution. Please permit our team to determine the best course of action that will satisfy both parties. In the event of quality defects or errors in the order, we will remake the products instead of issuing a refund.

Returns

We do not accept returns on products for which physical samples, proofs, or sew-outs were approved. Apparel Rush, LLC is responsible for ensuring that the specifications of the proof are met and for maintaining quality control. You have the opportunity to make changes to your order during the proof and sample stage before we begin to produce the bulk quantity of products.

Outcome of your product creation

We are not liable for your personal satisfaction with the end result of your product creation. This is something that should be considered during the design and sample stages of product development. You will receive a physical sample before the manufacturing process to confirm that you are satisfied with the product design before we proceed to the manufacturing stage.

Refunds

We are unable to refund any form of graphic design work that our team has provided. The time and effort our designer invested in the project is non-refundable.

Physical Sample

Our team will provide one physical sample before proceeding to production, to ensure that everything is consistent with your desired outcome. The cut-and-sew process can take a significant amount of time, sometimes up to six months when multiple rounds of samples per product design are required. It is important to keep in mind that this is a part of the development process. We will not provide refunds for cut-and-sew orders that are completed within six months even if multiple physical prototype samples are requested. It is up to you to plan your projects in advance of the seasonal schedule, with a recommended lead time of 6 months for cut-and-sew developments. If you are not satisfied with the timing of development, it would be more appropriate to create items using our stock blank garments.

Shipping Addresses

Apparel Rush, is not accountable for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address that you provide to us, we are only responsible for shipping to the address that you have given us. Any issues related to defects or delays during shipping must be resolved with the shipping company that was used. We are not able to assist with customer service problems that these shipping companies may cause. DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx are responsible for addressing any issues with the shipment.

Fitting or Measurement Problem

If there are issues with the fit or measurements of the received order, we require a photo with a ruler or tape measure to demonstrate the problem. You can also compare it to the initial physical sample that you received, to show that the measurements are not accurate. Our objective is always to provide you with a product that fits as intended. These are the advantages of producing a cut-and-sewn garment.

Style Fabric & Color

If you order a collection of goods from us, we will do our best to match the style of fabric to each color you request. For instance, if you order red nylon jackets and red cotton t-shirts, we will do our best to match the materials. However, please note that we will not accept cancellation or refund requests in this scenario. We are product suppliers, not scientists and color matching is not an exact science.

Sample Refunds

There are no refunds when you order samples only. Minor changes that are needed as part of the product development process can be made to the bulk production order or you can order another sample. If there is a significant error made, we will take responsibility and provide you with another sample free of charge. Our goal is to produce full orders of 50+ units of product, and we do not profit from sample development.

Spelling & Artwork-Graphics

We are not accountable for verifying the spelling or artwork sent to us, it will be printed or embroidered exactly as provided by you, it is your responsibility to ensure that the artwork and branding placements are correct.

Quality check

Our team will conduct a quality check of the goods before shipment, but in the case of any defective products, it is your responsibility to inform our team within 7 days of receipt. We will assist you in resolving the issue if brought to our attention within that timeframe. If the issue is not brought to our attention within 7 days, it may be due to improper handling or storage on your end, and we cannot accept responsibility. If you inform us of a defect more than 8 days after receipt, we reserve the right to decline a refund due to late communication. We strongly advise you to check the quality of the goods within 1-3 days of receiving the product, and we will help you with any issues you may face.

New to cut & sew development?

We frequently work with clients who are new to cut-and-sew development. Our team is often told “I am new to this,” and this is no longer an acceptable excuse for delays or dissatisfaction with our services. If you are new to cut-and-sew development, please ask our team as many questions as necessary to ensure that we are on the same page. Each sample round can take up to 2 months, as the garments are made from raw materials. The fact that you are new to this process, does not accelerate the process or excuse you from having unrealistic expectations regarding timing. If we inform you that a sample will take 8 weeks, and we are on track for that, there should be no cause for dissatisfaction. By reading this agreement, you are aware of how long the process can take, especially when multiple samples are developed. Our team reserves the right to cancel projects at any time if we feel that the customer does not understand our process or lacks the patience to see it through.
